A stretching exercise program for your golf game can add yards to your drives and dramatically improve your golf swing consistency. As a matter of fact, all good golf exercise program include stretching exercises.
There are many types of stretching exercises for golf. Some of them can comfortably be done in the comfort of your office while you are seated in your chair. When you have a few minutes to spare or you need to spend a moment or two thinking about something you can take this time to do some of your golf stretches.
One of the exercises that can be done in your chair is twisting your upper body to reach and touch as far back on one side of the chair as you can. This stretching exercise for golf should be repeated by reaching out for the other side of your chair.
There are also stretching exercises for golf that should be done with dumbbells. Others stretching exercises for golf are done using a medicine ball.
The reason why stretching exercises for golf are so effective in improving your golf swing is because they strengthen, stretch and tone the muscles in a way that allows for a better range of motion that makes the golf swing feel as comfortable and as natural as possible to the body.
The more natural a golf swing feels, the better your golf swing will be and will also dramatically lower your golf scores.
Even after your game shows improvement, you should continue with your stretching exercise for golf so you can keep your body and muscles in good condition for continuing your better golf swing.
